The Nevada Secretary of State requires a $25,000 legal document preparer surety bond from individuals. Legal document assistants are considered to be those who charge a fee to prepare legal documents for the public and the bond is required as a means of ensuring document preparers perform all duties entrusted to them pursuant to NRS Chapter 240A.

 The registrant(s) is not an attorney authorized to practice in this State and is prohibited from providing legal advice or legal representation to ANY person. 

We prepare all requested documents using the information you have provided. If new information is provided after the commencement or completion of the requested documents which result in a need for a change or modification of those documents, we reserve the right to impose an additional charge.
